Donald Fagen: sofisticado y refinado

Tras la separación de Steely Dan surgió la carrera en solitario de una de las figuras más interesantes del siglo XX. Una forma de componer sugerente y de alto nivel, un sonido rico en matices y muy sugerente..., esa es la forma con la que se presentó Donald Fagen en su disco debut como solista en 1982.

Su título era Nightfly y en él un pop/rock sofisticado y refinado junto a toques de jazz que hicieron y siguen haciendo las delicias de todo aquel que encienda su reproductor de música y por el empiecen a sonar sus canciones. Prácticamente todas ellas con un nivel excelente. Como olvidar "I.G.Y" o "New Frontier", ellas son piezas indispensables en cualquier discoteca que pretenda poseer viva en su memoria la música del siglo XX.
